With half term fast approaching, we have some exciting dates to share with you for the Out of School Club children! If you would like to book your child in with us or if you have a question for us, please call us, email us, or message us directly via facebook!
On Tuesday 30th May – Today we will head to Hull for a day of activities, we will be taking a trip on the land train that travels around Hull were we can hop on and off all day. We will be having our lunch out today before hopping back on the train. We will be hopping off around the marina area and heading to the Dinostar museum. We will then be travelling back to the Out of School Club where we can have snack before home time..
On Wednesday 31st May – Today, we have a fun day planned. This morning we will be heading to the Humber Bridge Country Park where we can have a look around the park exploring all of the different nature that is to be found. We will take a look at the bridge from below and take pictures before heading back for lunch. In the afternoon, we can recreate the pictures of the Humber Bridge and construct our own bridges from junk modelling. We will then be having snack before home time.
On Thursday 1st June – Today, we will head to the cinema at Kingswood to watch a film with popcorn that we will be making in the Out of School Club before hand. We will then head back to the Out of School Club for lunch. In the afternoon, we will have lots of art and crafts activities on offer along with baking activities before having snack at 3.30pm then getting ready for home time.
On Friday 2nd June – Today, we will be heading for a walk down the beck where we can look at all the different boats and wildlife there. We will head down to the lock gates were we can cross over and walk down the other side, there we can feed the ducks before heading back to the Out of School for lunch. In the afternoon, we have a visitor coming in from Mini First Aid Hull and East Riding to teach us all about ‘The mini adventures of Freddie’ who is rather accident prone! The children will learn how to call 999 and other first aid activities!
