A Message from Our Manager

“My journey at Educare has been nothing short of transformative. From my early days as a student to my current role as Nursery Director, each step has been a learning experience filled with growth, challenges, and a deep sense of fulfilment.

Being a part of the Educare family since 2008 has allowed me to witness the progressive changes of this day nursery. What has remained constant throughout the years is the nurturing and inclusive environment that makes everyone feel like a valued member of the family. This atmosphere was what drew me in as a student, and it continues to be a vital part of our community, helping shape the early years of the little ones, sparking curiosity, and encouraging values for their growth.

Working with children has been an incredible joy, bringing new adventures and surprises every day. The nature of the job ensures that no two days are ever alike, making it both exciting and rewarding. Through the years, I've had the privilege of working in different nursery rooms, gaining valuable insights into the unique needs and characteristics of children at various stages of development.

My progression from Nursery Practitioner to a Team Leader and eventually to the role of Deputy Manager has been a journey marked by dedication and commitment. In 2023, taking on the responsibility of Nursery Director was a significant milestone, and I am grateful for the trust and support placed in me by the Educare community.

As the Nursery Director, I aim to create and maintain a warm, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone associated with Educare. This includes our children, their parents/carers, and our dedicated staff. I believe in a sense of belonging, where everyone feels part of the Educare family.

Looking a head, I am excited about the continued growth and success of Educare. I am committed to maintaining our values that have defined us over the years and steering the nursery towards a future of growth, joy, and a strong, supportive community. Together with our passionate team, I am confident that we will continue to provide an outstanding learning environment for our children, supported by strong connections with our parents and a positive work atmosphere for our staff. The journey at Educare is not just a job; it's a shared experience, and I am honoured to lead our nursery into a bright and promising future.”
